This Privacy Policy explains how Molecularix Biolabs LLC ("we", "us") handles information collected through this website. We are a supplier of reference-grade research materials and are not a healthcare, medical, or clinical provider.
Information we collect
We collect the information you provide to place and fulfill an order: name, email address, phone number, and shipping address. When you join our mailing list we collect your email address. We also collect limited technical and usage information automatically (see 'Cookies & analytics').
How we use your information
We use your information to process and ship orders, send order confirmations and receipts, provide customer support, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and — where you have opted in — send occasional product and promotional emails. We do not sell your personal information.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your full card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout and are not stored on our servers. Stripe processes your payment information under its own privacy policy.
Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us operate the business — for example, our payment processor (Stripe), our email delivery provider, our shipping carrier, and our hosting/infrastructure providers — and only as needed to perform their services.
Cookies & analytics
We use strictly necessary cookies and local browser storage to keep your cart, remember your email at checkout, and run the site as a progressive web app. We also record basic, privacy-conscious usage analytics (such as page views and referring source) using our own systems to understand site traffic. We do not use these for cross-site advertising. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, though some features (like your cart) may not work as expected.
Email choices
Every marketing email includes an option to unsubscribe. Transactional messages (such as order confirmations and shipping updates) are sent as part of fulfilling your order.
