Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final

Due to the sensitive nature of research materials, all sales are final and products are non-returnable once shipped. We cannot accept returns of opened or unopened vials.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged in transit, or you received an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund for the affected item(s).

How to report an issue

Email MolecularixBiolabs@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order reference (MLX-XXXXXX) within the 7-day window.

Refund method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Card refunds are processed via Stripe; WhatsApp orders are refunded through the original arrangement.
