Shipping Policy

Free shipping on orders $75+
Orders of $75 or more (after any discounts) ship free. Orders under $75 have a flat $8 shipping fee, shown at checkout.
Domestic (US) only
We currently ship within the United States only. We are unable to accept or fulfill international orders at this time.
Same-day handling
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) ET ship the same business day. Orders placed after noon ship the next business day. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Tracking
A tracking number is provided once your order ships. You can follow your order any time from the Track page.
Handling & storage
Materials are packaged for laboratory handling and shipped to preserve integrity. Store lyophilized material as indicated on each product page upon receipt.
